Services

Psychotherapy: Online and in-person

Using a combination of traditional psychotherapy and alternative healing modalities, Sasha provides individual, family, couples, co-parenting and death/dying/grief therapy services.  Specialties include mental health, trauma, addiction/recovery, co-parenting, terminal illness, caregiving, and grief.

Free 30 minute initial consultation: Finding the right therapist/healer is very important. The free 30-minute initial consultation allows for a deeper dive into your needs and my skill set. The consultation is a great time to gather helpful data about current/past challenges, to ask questions, and to determine what our work will look like together. After the initial consultation, you’ll receive consent forms, pre-work, and details about how to schedule your first session.

Reiki Energy Healing: In-person only

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, emotional alignment and healing. It is spiritually guided life force energy that is transferred through the practitioner to the client via gentle laying of hands on or just above the body. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement. It also works in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Death Doula Work

As a certified Death Doula, I help people to navigate death.  My services can support the person who is dying and/or their family and caregivers. My goal is to provide the spiritual and emotional care needed during the dying process.  I teach strategies that offer peace and comfort, help with practical matters and planning, and remind families that end-of-life is a natural part of the life experience and to not be afraid.   Support will be tailored to your own cultural values, spiritual beliefs, and practices.  Services may include: planning for death, sitting bedside, educating family members about how to support and care for a dying person, navigating conversations with children about death/dying, funeral planning, legacy projects, unfinished business that needs to be resolved so a person can die at peace, grief support, etc. Each family’s needs are unique so contact me via email at [email protected] for more information.

Weekly Support Groups

Parenting Process Group: for parents seeking support and answers for parenting

Raising children is both a blessing and a burden at times. When parenting gets hard, it’s helpful to have a village of other parents and trusted advisors to lean on.  This parenting group is both psychoeducational (learning) and process (talking/sharing).  The primary philosophy of this group centers around a powerful book called The Journey of the Heroic Parent by Brad Reedy.

Infidelity Survivors Group: for women navigating infidelity who are seeking community and support

Betrayal in a core partnership is devastating.  At times, it’s paralyzing and women find it difficult to do the most basic of daily tasks while walking in the fog.  This group addresses topics/issues like boundaries, staying or letting go, grief, parenting while in trauma, self-care and self-love, trust, intuition, and healing.  It is recommended that group members also attend Infidelity Survivors Anonymous (a free support group).

Grief Process Group: for anyone dealing with the crushing loss of a loved one

The death of a loved one is a life-altering event.  Grieving that death is a life-long process.  This group is for anyone who is struggling to navigate life after death.  Old or young.  Expected or unexpected.  This group walks you through a powerful set of tools for grieving, remembering, honoring, and making peace with your loss.

Workshops/Intensives and Integration Groups

One of the most powerful tools for accelerated healing and growth is a Day Workshop or Weekend Intensive Workshop.  Intensives are designed to take you deep into a curriculum from start to finish in a group setting.  Intensives are a balance of psychoeducation (teaching) and experiential learning (doing).  The group setting allows you to learn from the instructor as well as other participants while building a community of common language and experience.  Intensive Workshops are followed by a 6-week Integration Group which allows participants to integrate the teachings into practice in everyday life.

Ceremonies

Ceremonies are used to mark special times of transition, new beginnings, letting go, celebration, and grief.  Many of us are living a life void of ceremonies and sacred rituals that ground us, connect us, and anchor major life changes.  Sasha specializes in co-creating ceremonies and rituals for you.  Ceremonies like vision boards, house blessings, burials/ash spreading ceremonies for people and pets, death anniversary ceremonies, heavenly birthdays, divorce ceremonies, empty nest ceremonies, blessing for new job, etc. Sasha will tailor the ceremony to your unique spiritual, cultural, and family needs. She can facilitate the ceremony or she can provide everything you need to do it yourself.  Contact Sasha via email for more information on ceremony creation at [email protected]
